This page is to inform you about a unique opportunity to get an overview of fundamental issues and research directions in distributed computing, from May 4 (evening)  to 8, 2003, in the lovely island of Porquerolles, a lovely Mediterranean island in front of Toulon in France. Topics include:
distributed algorithms, fault-tolerance, graph-theory applied to distributed computing, micro-kernels, middleware, mobile computing, P2P information systems,  real-time, security, self-stabilization and topology

Thanks to CNRS , MJENR and the GDR ALP and ARP sponsoring, the prices are rather low: around 350E for students (sharing a room) and around 450E for senior researchers. The price includes registration, hotel and meats.
