License and terms of use
========================

By downloading, copying, or using the TReX software, you agree to abide
by the intellectual property laws and the terms of this License.

VERIMAG and LIAFA hold all the ownership rights on the TReX software.

VERIMAG and LIAFA grant the right to use the TReX software freely for research
and education purposes. Any use for a different purpose, including commercial
use, is prohibited without a prior written authorization granted by VERIMAG and
LIAFA (requests for extended rights should be sent by electronic mail to the
following address "Mihaela.Sighireanu@liafa.jussieu.fr").

This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable. 

The TReX software is licensed exclusively by VERIMAG and LIAFA, by means of 
download from the following Internet addresses:
	http://www-verimag.imag.fr/~annichin/trex 
	http://verif.liafa.jussieu.fr/~sighirea/trex 
Any other distribution of the TReX software is prohibited.

Except as stated above, any use of the TReX software without a prior written
authorization of VERIMAG and LIAFA would therefore be fraudulent. 

Upon breach of, or non-compliance with, any of the terms of the present
License, VERIMAG and LIAFA have the right to revoke immediately by a written
notice all rights granted by the present License.

The TReX software is supplied as such, with no representations or warranties 
about the suitability of the TReX software, either express or implied, 
including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness 
for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 

VERIMAG and LIAFA shall not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect,
suffered by other parties (including financial costs caused by disruption of
activities or loss of data, etc.) as a result of using, modifying, or
distributing the TReX software in whole or in part, or of the impossibility to
use this software.

This License is governed by French laws. In case of litigation, only the 
Justice Courts of Paris have legal competence to settle the case.
